Booze is not the only way to get brave. There’s a better way. It’s a much healthier – and scientifically proven – way of preparing for a first date or getting up the nerve to talk to a stranger you fancy or doing anything else that requires some courage for that matter.
It’s called power posing and it’s really quite easy.
All you need to do is remember you’re a champion. You’re awesome. You. Are. A. Winner.
